Job summary

Ariane Real Estate in Qatar is seeking a Listing Agent to manage landlord communications and coordinate leasing activities for properties in our portfolio.

Responsibilities include securing management or brokerage contracts, maintaining documentation, and providing landlords with regular updates on performance and market trends. The role may require handling additional leasing tasks and temporarily covering for the Leasing Agent during absences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in real estate, leasing, or property management.
• Experience with screening potential tenants and managing rental processes.
• Lease negotiations experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with landlords to secure property management contracts or brokerage agreements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords regarding their units and provide regular status updates.
• Handle administrative tasks for the leasing department and ensure accurate documentation.
• Prepare and organize lease agreements and paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Stay informed about local market trends and provide landlords with insights to enhance property value and market competitiveness.
• Support the leasing team with marketing efforts, leasing reports, market research, and coordination with tenants.
• May temporarily assume Leasing Agent responsibilities during absences to ensure continuity of operations.
