Job summary

Four Seasons Doha seeks a personable Food & Beverage Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a luxury resort environment. You will anticipate guest needs, offer knowledgeable recommendations, and maintain high standards of service for a diverse guest mix.

Joining our renowned luxury team, you will contribute to flawless service, collaborate with colleagues, and participate in ongoing training. Weekend, night, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task.
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine.
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English; Arabic is an asset.
• Experienced in Luxury Resort and Hotel is an advantage.

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• The Food & Beverage Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
• Food & Beverage Server clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification.
• Ability to work, weekend, nights and holidays.
