In this full‑time role, you will coordinate birthday parties, plan daily activities, and capture moments for social media while maintaining supplies and spaces for safe, memorable experiences for families.

Qualifications

Experience in a nursery, childcare setting, or early years education preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to coordinate with vendors and team members.
Bilingual Arabic and English preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate birthday parties from start to finish, liaising with vendors, entertainers, decorators, and other suppliers.
Plan and prepare creative daily activities and sensory trays for children based on rotating themes and developmental goals.
Facilitate workshops, classes, camps and other similar activities for children.
Capture photos and videos of daily activities, events, and celebrations for Wonder Works' social media channels.
Monitor and manage inventory of activity materials, supplies, and equipment, ensuring stock is maintained and replenished as needed.
Organize activity spaces and ensure materials are prepared in advance.
Work closely with the team to create memorable experiences for children and families.
Build warm professional relationships with children and families.
