Job summary

Events and Sports Management in Doha, Qatar seeks a proactive Relationship Manager (Schools) & Camp Coordinator to lead the delivery and commercial growth of Sports, Enrichment, Music, and Holiday Camp programmes across a portfolio of schools.

You will build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensure operational excellence, coordinate holiday camp operations, and maximise venue utilisation and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Sport Management, Education, Hospitality, or related discipline.
• Health & Safety Level 3, IOSH, or NEBOSH equivalent.
• Proven experience in schools, sports, and/or enrichment fields.
• Proven experience in relationship management and customer service.
• Basic experience in administrative roles.
• Passion for sports and enrichment/music activities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders in allocated venues.
• Drive revenue targets and manage schedules for facility timetables.
• Coordinate holiday camp operations and administration.
• Handle camp-related customer enquiries across channels with timely responses.
• Collaborate with the Facility Rental Commercial Team for bookings handover.
• Ensure activities meet operational, camp, and HSE targets and comply with local regulations.
