Rosewood Doha is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee hotel-wide activities including guest experience, service delivery, and talent management. You will drive strategic initiatives, ensure brand standards, and support cross-functional collaboration to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, cost control, and continuous development of kitchen and hotel teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional service consistent with Rosewood standards.

• Experience in managing departmental operations manuals and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations to ensure brand standards are met across departments.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of Kitchen and hotel teams.
• Drive guest satisfaction and associate engagement through effective service delivery.
• Manage budgets, costs, and productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing and Talent & Culture to support hotel goals.
• Support planning of menus, SOPs, and operational policies to maximize revenue and guest experience.
