Job summary

Confidential Company seeks a Junior Sales Procurement Engineer to support the sales and procurement of oil and gas materials, piping components, valves, fittings and related equipment in Qatar. You will source materials, prepare quotations, and coordinate with suppliers and clients to ensure timely delivery at competitive prices.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities in Qatar and the GCC, assisting in tender documents, and building relationships with clients while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales and/or procurement within oil and gas.
• Knowledge of piping materials, valves, fittings, flanges and related products.
• Experience preparing quotations, RFQs, purchase orders, and supplier comparison sheets.
• Based in Qatar; GCC market experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and procurement of oil and gas materials and equipment.
• Identify potential clients and opportunities in Qatar and GCC.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers and clients to ensure timely delivery.
• Attend client meetings and participate in business development activities.
• Maintain records of inquiries, quotations and orders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Negotiate prices, delivery terms and payment terms.
