Job summary

MENA Consultant in Qatar is seeking a Tendering/Proposal Engineer to support the preparation and submission of tenders for oil and gas projects. You will develop technical and commercial proposals, coordinate tender requirements, and ensure timely submissions.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and fluency in English. On-site work in Qatar with cross-team coordination expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of tendering, proposals, or estimation experience.
• Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Currently based in Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, requirements, and specifications.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for engineering projects.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to collect information for tender submissions.
• Support estimation and proposal preparation activities.
• Ensure tender documentation is complete and submitted within deadlines.
• Follow up on tender and proposal requirements throughout submission.
• Maintain accurate tender and proposal documentation.
