Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in IP Telephony / UC Platform / IP-CC / TP / conferencing.
• Understanding of Network Design / Call routing / PRI / BRI.
• Basic understanding of IP-Networking.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 24x7 operations support including on-call rotation.
• Attend to incidents reported promptly.
