Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant leadership, preferably Italian or premium dining.
• Strong leadership & guest-first mindset.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, service flow and team coordination.
• Knowledge of Italian language, Italian cuisine and dining culture is a strong advantage.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable with POS systems and daily operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth service flow.
• Lead and supervise the service team with coaching and hands-on support.
• Manage floor during service and handle guest requests with care.
• Coordinate with culinary team to maintain quality and authenticity of Italian dishes.
• Handle reservations, seating plans and guest interactions.
• Drive guest engagement and upsell signature dishes and seasonal offerings.
• Monitor inventory, ordering and stock levels to support operations.
• Assist with scheduling, training and performance follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and standards at all times.
• Support administrative tasks and daily reports with management.
