Job summary

Intelligent Metal for Metal Construction WLL in Qatar is seeking an IT Support Specialist cum Administrative Task to manage IT infrastructure and provide admin support across departments. This hands-on role ensures business continuity by maintaining systems, servers, and engineering software.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT support, strong MS 365 and Windows Server experience, and familiarity with Autodesk Tekla. On-site, full-time position with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT/CS or related field.
• 3–5 years IT Support or Systems Admin experience.
• Hands-on MS 365 Admin, Windows Server 2008 R2 & 2022, Active Directory.
• Experience with Autodesk, Tekla Structures, engineering apps.
• Strong networking, VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewall know-how.
• IT asset management, software licensing, documentation.
• GCC/Qatar experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and hardware/software.
• Administer Microsoft 365 including users, licensing, security, SharePoint/OneDrive.
• Manage Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and file servers.
• Maintain network infra, VPNs, firewalls, Wi-Fi and devices.
• Monitor server health, backups, antivirus, cybersecurity, DR procedures.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and software licenses.
• Support CCTV, biometrics, NAS, IP telephony, and office tech.
• Coordinate with vendors and external IT partners.
