Responsibilities

• Participate in IT infrastructure projects.
• Deliver training programs to educate users on applications.
• Analyze complex technical issues requiring thorough assessment.
• Manage ticket backlog and daily IT support tasks.
• Define best practices for new projects and coordinate with team members.
