Job summary

Flip Retail is seeking a Storage Specialist in Doha, Qatar to implement and support storage and backup solutions, including data backup, RAID/SAN, and server management in Windows and Linux environments.

You will contribute to disaster recovery planning, troubleshoot issues, and work with pre-sales to design solutions that meet client requirements. A hands-on, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing and supporting storage and backup solutions.
• Hands-on data backup, server data management, and disaster recovery knowledge (RAID, SAN).
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012 and Linux/Unix-based servers.
• Bachelor's degree in information security or IT-related field; strong service design and pre-sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide storage and backup solutions implementation and ongoing client support.
• Assist with service design and pre-sales activities.
• Respond to tickets and support cases; ensure customer satisfaction.
