Fis QA is seeking a Project Management Associate to support IT project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality. • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Prior internship or work experience in a project management or IT environment.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with project management software such as Jira, MS Project, or Primavera.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure that projects remain on schedule.
• Help to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Track project progress and milestones, providing regular updates to the project manager.
• Assist in the preparation of project status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Serve as a point of contact for the project team and assist in communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, including project plans, risk logs, and issue trackers.
• Facilitate team meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
