Job summary

WorkWavez Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Doha seeks an experienced IT Contracts/Procurement professional to manage the full contract lifecycle—from requirements and tendering through execution and close-out—ensuring compliance and value.

You will collaborate with Legal, Technical/IT, and Business stakeholders, lead vendor governance, and drive strategies for software licensing, SaaS, Cloud services, IT infrastructure and cybersecurity contracts using SAP/ERP tools.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in IT contract management, procurement or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of IT contracting, procurement strategies and vendor governance.
• Experience with IT contracts covering software licensing, SaaS, cloud services, IT infra & cybersecurity.
• Hands-on with SAP/ERP and Contract Management tools.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced IT Contracts / Procurement professional with strong expertise in managing complex IT contracts and the complete contract lifecycle.

Key Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in IT Contract Management, Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Strong knowledge of IT contracting, procurement strategies & vendor governance.
• Experience with IT contracts covering Software Licensing, SaaS, Cloud Services, IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity solutions.
• Hands‑on proficiency with SAP/ERP & Contract Management tools – Mandatory.
• Strong understanding of CAPEX & OPEX budget alignment during contract execution.
• Experience managing the complete lifecycle from requirements/tendering through execution and contract close‑out.
• Experience coordinating with Legal, Technical/IT, Supply/Procurement & business stakeholders.
• Proven exposure to high-value and complex IT contracts, supplier performance, compliance, governance & risk management.

Industry Preference

• Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial or other regulated environments.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Law, Supply Chain Management or related field.

Preferred Certification

• CIPS, IACCM/WorldCC or equivalent.
