Job summary

Candidzone L.L.C. seeks a senior Sourcing & Contracts Analyst – IT in Qatar to lead strategic technology procurement and contract frameworks.

The role demands extensive experience in IT procurement and a deep understanding of Qatari tendering rules within utilities, energy, or government sectors, with a valid QID. The analyst will steer vendor negotiations, ensure compliance with public procurement standards, and drive cost optimization across IT sourcing programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT procurement or contract management experience.
• Experience in Qatar utilities, energy, or government sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, supply chain or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Government tendering and procurement regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP/e-Procurement systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• CIPS, PMP, or ITIL certification preferred.
• Must have a valid QID.
