Job summary

Withstand Group is seeking an IT Operations Supervisor to oversee daily IT operations across all restaurant branches. You will supervise technical support, maintain networks and POS systems, and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.

The role requires 5–6 years of IT experience with leadership responsibilities, and experience in the F&B sector is a plus. You will ensure smooth technology operations and secure backups across locations.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of IT experience with supervisory or team leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems and food delivery platform integrations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily IT operations and provide technical support to employees and restaurant branches.
• Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, printers, POS systems, and other IT equipment.
• Oversee restaurant POS systems, order management systems, and food delivery platform integrations.
• Coordinate with IT service providers and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor network connectivity, system performance, data security, and backup procedures.
• Manage IT equipment, software installations, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Ensure the smooth operation of technology systems across all branches.
