Job summary

Zero One Solutions in Qatar is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist / Engineer to design, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise IT systems, networks, and core infrastructure services.

The role covers end-to-end administration, server virtualization, monitoring, security hardening, DR planning, and Tier-3 support, with bilingual Arabic/English communication and local availability.

Qualifications

Detailed Job Description

As the IT Infrastructure Specialist / Engineer, you will own the end-to‑end administration and lifecycle management of our local and distributed IT infrastructure, spanning systems, servers, storage, and networking hardware. Your daily responsibilities include configuring enterprise routing and switching protocols, maintaining server virtualization clusters, monitoring network performance, and executing prompt incident resolution. You will collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to implement infrastructure upgrades, execute disaster recovery drills, and enforce security policies and patch management frameworks. Additionally, you will provide Tier-3 technical support, diagnose complex hardware and software bottlenecks, and maintain comprehensive documentation of all network topologies and system configurations.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or network engineering roles.
• Mandatory bilingual fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) to support regional client engagements.
• Must be locally available in Qatar for immediate interviewing and onboarding.
• Strong technical proficiency in enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing protocols, firewalls, and switching).
• Extensive hands‑on experience administering Windows Server and Linux operating systems, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms.
• Solid understanding of IT security best practices, backup methodologies, and disaster recovery execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
