Job summary

Zero One Solutions in Qatar is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist / Engineer to design, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise IT systems, networks, and core infrastructure services.

The role covers end-to-end administration, server virtualization, monitoring, security hardening, DR planning, and Tier-3 support, with bilingual Arabic/English communication and local availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in IT infrastructure engineering or related roles.
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Must be locally available in Qatar for immediate onboarding.
• Strong proficiency in enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, routing, firewalls).
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, AD, and virtualization.
• Solid understanding of IT security, backups, and DR planning.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, system architectures, and core networking environments.
• Administer physical and virtual server environments, operating systems, storage arrays, and backup/recovery systems.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network routing, switching, firewalls, and WAN/LAN connectivity.
• Ensure bilingual communication with clients, vendors, and regional stakeholders.
• Monitor system and network performance using monitoring tools to identify bottlenecks.
• Implement security hardening guidelines, access controls, patches, and compliance protocols.
• Respond to high-priority infrastructure incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and restore services per SLAs.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of network diagrams, inventories, SOPs, and DR plans.
