Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) seeks a meticulous Storekeeper in Doha to manage inventory, organize storage areas, and support the smooth flow of goods across operations. You will receive, store, and issue supplies, maintain accurate records, perform regular stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies while ensuring safety and compliance with IMS policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.
• Strong attention to detail to record transactions and verify stock levels.
• Ability to organize storage areas and ensure easy retrieval of items.
• Effective communication with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and quality against orders.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, label and shelve items.
• Issue materials to authorized personnel and keep accurate transaction records.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies to prevent stockouts.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile records with actual stock.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing goods for damage and coordinate with suppliers for resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in storage areas according to protocols.
• Assist in disposal or recycling of obsolete inventory per guidelines.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill material requests in a timely manner.
• Use inventory software to track movements, update records, and generate reports.
• Support HSE initiatives and incident reporting per IMS policies.
