Qualifications

• Previous experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory operations within the F&B industry is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food products, storage requirements, expiry control, FIFO/FEFO, and stock handling.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods.
• Verify quantities and condition of items against delivery documents.
• Arrange and organize stock in designated storage locations.
• Support daily stock issuance and internal material requests.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures and monitor expiry dates.
• Assist with regular stock counts and inventory checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of storage areas.
• Report damaged, expired, missing, or low-stock items to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate stock records and basic inventory documentation.
