Job summary

Kara Express Courier & Cargo W.L.L. seeks a commercially strong Sales professional to grow our international courier, express and e-commerce business in Qatar. You will focus on acquiring new SME, corporate and e-commerce customers needing international parcel and express-logistics solutions.

Key duties include building a robust sales pipeline, preparing quotations, and coordinating with operations and international partners to deliver compelling logistics solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in courier, express or e-commerce logistics.
• Existing customer network in Qatar strongly preferred.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers for international courier and express services
• Identify and approach SMEs, online sellers, retailers, trading companies and corporate customers
• Build recurring parcel and express-shipment accounts
• Understand customer shipment profiles and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercially viable rates
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM consistently
• Follow quotations through to conversion and repeat business
• Coordinate with operations and international partners
• Achieve agreed monthly revenue and gross-profit targets
• Report customer activity, pipeline and results clearly
