Job summary

LBC Express, Inc. in Qatar is seeking a Team Head to lead and motivate a sales operations team toward revenue, utilization and efficiency goals. You will supervise daily activities and drive improvements.

Key duties include planning, directing and monitoring sales activities, developing campaigns, analyzing performance, and coordinating with corporate accounts to meet targets. You will delegate tasks and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course; Business Management or other related courses.
• At least 4 years work experience handling Operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and monitor the activities of sales teams in the area to achieve established sales targets.
• Develop sales plans, activities and campaigns and manage the day to day activities of sales teams to implement the organizations overall sales strategy for the area.
• Regularly analyzes sales performance and come up with pro-active measures and strategies to meet the sales target.
• Responsible for coordination, completion, or delegation of all elements relating to the successful sale, including but not limited to product, design services, order entry, acknowledgement verification, order expediting, logistics, installation services, invoicing and collection.
• Regularly coordinates with corporate accounts associates to ensure target per account are met
• Develop and streamline business process with existing corporate clients and/ or identify areas of improvement to meet customer requirement and sales target.
• Must be able to do the necessary internal and external analysis, sensitivity in how competitors operate, market needs and customer behavior.
