Job summary

Irisstar in Qatar is seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager to lead end-to-end integration initiatives across APIs, REST/SOAP services, middleware, ESB, and microservices. You will coordinate technical and business stakeholders to meet scope, timelines, budgets, and quality goals.

You will apply agile and waterfall methodologies, manage vendor relationships, and drive enterprise integration programs that support digital transformation and technology leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management or technology delivery.
• Proven experience managing integration projects.
• Strong understanding of system, application, and API integrations.
• Experience with APIs, REST, SOAP, middleware, ESB, and microservices.
• Strong project management skills covering scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholders.
• Experience working with both technical and business teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience managing vendors and third-party technology partners.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project priorities and dependencies.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end integration projects from initiation through delivery.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Lead system, application, and API integration initiatives.
• Coordinate integration activities across technical and business teams.
• Work with APIs, REST/SOAP services, middleware, ESB, and microservices architectures.
• Coordinate requirements, technical deliverables, testing, and implementation activities.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and technical teams.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting.
• Ensure integration projects remain aligned with business and technical objectives.
• Manage vendors and third-party integration partners.
• Coordinate vendor deliverables, dependencies, and project commitments.
• Support Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Identify and resolve project delivery challenges.
• Maintain project documentation and governance standards.
• Ensure successful implementation and transition of integration solutions.
