Detailed Job Description

As an IT Project Manager at Irisstar, you will take full operational ownership of steering a large-scale enterprise integration project across dynamic business units and vendor ecosystems in Qatar. Operating as the primary conduit between executive leadership, operational teams, and external technology partners, you will establish robust governance structures, lead high-level review meetings, and provide comprehensive program-level status reporting covering cost, scheduling, continuous improvement, and technological innovation initiatives.

Your core mandate involves developing and meticulously tracking program-level schedules with complex dependencies, technical constraints, and risk mitigation strategies. You will serve as the principal authority governing change requests, preventing scope creep, and ensuring adherence to stringent service delivery and quality standards. Additionally, you will monitor agreed-upon SLAs and operational performance metrics on a periodic cadence, driving both development and support programs toward operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end integration project workstreams across multiple technical and business stakeholders while reporting progress directly to the Senior Vice President (SVP).
• Prepare, deliver, and maintain program-level status reporting encompassing cost tracking, project scheduling, operational improvements, and strategic innovation initiatives.
• Manage multi-tier stakeholder relationships, facilitate formal project governance frameworks, and lead structured performance review sessions.
• Drive and champion continuous improvement and technological innovation initiatives across both development and support programs.
• Develop, manage, and meticulously track program-level master schedules, detailing critical paths, inter-project dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Oversee and maintain overall project schedule, cost, quality, and scope baselines adhering strictly to project governance standards.
• Serve as the central point of contact for evaluating, managing, and governing change requests and actively mitigating scope creep.
• Ensure end-to-end service delivery excellence by continuously monitoring, tracking, and reporting agreed SLAs and key performance metrics on a periodic basis.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 10+ years of overall professional IT and technology project management experience.
• Mandatory professional certification in PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner).
• Current physical residence in Qatar with immediate availability for local deployment (mandatory requirement).
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading complex enterprise integration projects and reporting directly to C-level or SVP-level leadership.
• Proven expertise in program-level schedule management, dependency mapping, constraint analysis, and critical path tracking.
• Strong technical governance background in scope management, change request administration, cost control, and risk mitigation.
• Extensive experience defining, monitoring, and managing enterprise service delivery SLAs and operational performance metrics.
