Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in technology architecture, solution design, or enterprise integration.
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
• Extensive experience in integrating Oracle Fusion with downstream enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern end-to-end technical blueprint and target-state integration architecture for Oracle Fusion integration with Qatar Airways in-house apps.
• Lead architecture of resilient, scalable, secure, auditable integration solutions using Solace, Red Hat App Foundation, Apache Camel, Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, and event-driven patterns.
• Establish enterprise integration standards including publish/subscribe, request/reply, saga, data models, and payload governance.
• Provide strategic technical leadership and assurance across architecture documents, high-level designs, interface specs, NFRs, patterns, and production readiness artefacts.
• Define Non-Functional Requirements for integration workloads (availability, performance, security, observability, etc.).
• Ensure integration solutions support zero message loss, guaranteed delivery, idempotency, replay, and back-pressure.
• Govern the use of Solace and Red Hat App Foundation as platform standards across the programme.
• Lead architecture reviews, governance forums, and ensure compliance with architecture standards and security controls.
• Define observability and monitoring standards using OpenTelemetry, tracing, centralized logging, dashboards, metrics, and APM tools.
• Drive performance engineering, capacity planning, resilience testing, and production readiness reviews.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, Cloud, and Business teams to align with Qatar Airways Group standards.
• Partner with Oracle and vendors to validate options and drive fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Lead root-cause analysis for critical incidents and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan and lead evaluations, PoCs, and spikes to validate complex integration scenarios.
