Job summary

Brunel is recruiting an Instrumentation Engineer – Maintenance for QAFCO in Mesaieed, Qatar. Start date November 2026. The role is a 5-year contract with 8 hours/day, 5 days/week.

Requires BE in Instrument Engineering and 15 years of relevant experience in Fertilizer/Petrochemical plants, plus strong SAP EAM/SAP S/4HANA capabilities and maintenance data management expertise. Saudi, etc.

Qualifications

• 15 years of relevant experience in Fertilizer/Petrochemical plants.
• Hands-on expertise with Enterprise Asset Maintenance (EAM) in SAP.
• StrongERP/SAP experience, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in Maintenance Master Data.
• Coordinate and review maintenance work plans, procedures and spare-parts inventory.
• Manage maintenance contracts, scope development, procurement initiation, technical evaluation and approvals.
• Coordinate with contractors for manpower and service during work-order planning.

Start Date: November 2026

Contract Duration: 5 Years

Work Schedule: 8 Hours/Day | 5 Days/Week

Salary: QAR 23,000 – All Inclusive

Requirements:

• BE in Instrument Engineering
• 15 years of relevant experience in Fertilizer / Petrochemical plants
• Hands-on expertise with EAM – Enterprise Asset Maintenance module of SAP preferred
• Strong ERP/SAP experience, preferably SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in Maintenance Master Data
• Ability to coordinate and review maintenance work plans, procedures and spare-parts inventory
• Experience handling maintenance contracts, scope development, specifications, procurement initiation, technical evaluation and approval workflows
• Daily coordination with contractors for manpower and service supply during work-order planning

Preferred Background:
