Job summary

QAFCO is seeking an Electrical & Instrument Engineer to lead site supervision for instrument and electrical projects on site in Mesaieed. The role covers erection, installation, commissioning and testing, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and HSE standards.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Instrument/Control Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience in fertilizer, oil & gas, or petrochemical sectors, and strong knowledge of instrumentation,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical/instrument/electronic/control engineering.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in fertilizer/oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
Proven project experience in field instrumentation, process control, safety shutdown systems and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

Manage site supervision of all instrument and electrical projects on site.
Follow up erection and installation works to ensure compliance with construction drawings.
Prepare field progress reports and KPI reports for construction activities.
Coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning and testing activities with contractors.
