The ideal candidate will have experience working with Indian flavors and ingredients, as well as a strong knowledge of pastry techniques.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts using traditional Indian flavors and ingredients
• Develop new dessert recipes that incorporate local ingredients and reflect the culture of Doha
• Manage inventory of pastry supplies and ensure proper stock levels
• Train and supervise junior pastry chefs in the kitchen
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry station
• Collaborate with other chefs to create well-balanced menus
• Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes

Requirements
