Job summary

Lusail Indian Kitchen in Lusail, Qatar seeks an experienced Indian Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations and craft authentic Indian dishes for the restaurant. You will design menus, train staff, manage inventory, and ensure high standards of hygiene and timely plating.

Requirements include 5+ years as an Executive Chef with Indian cuisine focus, strong leadership, and English fluency. Visa and ticket are provided; accommodation is not included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef, preferably with Indian cuisine.
• Extensive knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques and flavors.
• Excellent leadership to train and manage a diverse kitchen team.
• Strong organizational skills for multitasking and menu development.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design menus considering dietary restrictions and seasonal ingredients.
• Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production.
• Oversee inventory and purchasing of ingredients.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Create new recipes or modify dishes to improve offerings.
• Ensure timely preparation and presentation of all dishes.
