Indian Chef in Lusail

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Lusail. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious Indian dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook traditional Indian dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards
• Develop new and creative menu items while maintaining the authenticity of Indian cuisine
• Plan and manage kitchen operations including ordering ingredients, maintaining inventory, and supervising kitchen staff
• Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain high standards of cooking techniques and presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an Indian Chef in a restaurant setting
• Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine, cooking techniques, and spices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A culinary degree or certificate from a recognized institution is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.
