PrimeDefense USA is seeking an experienced Indian Executive Chef to lead our Al-Khor kitchen on a temporary assignment. You will oversee daily operations, ensure consistent quality, and drive culinary excellence.

This role emphasizes leadership, menu planning, cost control, food safety, and a passion for authentic Indian flavors in a high-volume environment. Relocation to Al-Khor Qatar is required for the duration of the assignment, with accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to manage a team and maintain a positive work environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Willing to relocate to Al-Khor Qatar on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain menus reflecting our restaurant concept and cater to customers' preferences.
• Train and lead kitchen staff to ensure the highest level of culinary standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control to achieve profitability goals.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation regulations are followed at all times.
