VirtualWorks Hub in Qatar is seeking a talented Indian Executive Chef to lead our luxury hotel's culinary team in Al-Khor. As Executive Chef, you will oversee menu planning, food preparation and staff management to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The ideal candidate has luxury hotel or fine dining experience, deep knowledge of Indian cuisine, strong leadership, attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

A luxury hotel in Al-Khor, Qatar, is seeking a talented and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our culinary team.

As the Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation and staff management.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences and will possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and innovative menus that reflect our hotels brand and cater to our diverse clientele
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation and ensure high quality and consistency
• Train manage and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
• Monitor inventory levels and control costs by minimizing waste
• Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment in compliance with health codes and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations including banquet events

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and culinary techniques
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a large team
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering exceptional quality
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Familiarity with food safety regulations
• Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
