Job summary

VirtualWorks Hub in Qatar is seeking a talented Indian Executive Chef to lead our luxury hotel's culinary team in Al-Khor. As Executive Chef, you will oversee menu planning, food preparation and staff management to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The ideal candidate has luxury hotel or fine dining experience, deep knowledge of Indian cuisine, strong leadership, attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in luxury hotels or fine dining.
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and techniques.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a large kitchen team.
• Attention to detail and quality; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative menus reflecting the hotel's brand and diverse clientele.
• Oversee all food preparation and ensure quality and consistency.
• Train and motivate kitchen staff to maintain productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory and control costs by minimizing waste.
• Maintain a sanitary kitchen and comply with health regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless events including banquets.
