Job summary

Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Technical Analyst for a Doha-based technology solutions provider. The role supports the ICT Infrastructure function by coordinating operations and projects, maintaining documentation, and preparing management reports and dashboards.

The candidate will act as a liaison between technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders, track risks, and ensure timely delivery of expected outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT Operations, ICT Infrastructure, PMO, Project Coordination, Technical Analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting ICT Infrastructure operations, projects, or service delivery environments.
• Strong experience preparing management reports, dashboards, executive presentations, and project status reports.
• Knowledge of ICT Infrastructure domains including Cloud, Datacenter, Servers, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, Databases, and Asset Management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily ICT Infrastructure operations and project activities across multiple teams.
• Track project schedules, milestones, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare meeting agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on assigned actions.
• Develop operational reports, executive dashboards, presentations, and status updates.
• Maintain project documentation, version control, and operational repositories.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of operational and project deliverables.
• Support governance processes, reporting, compliance documentation, and project administration.
• Assist in tracking infrastructure incidents, service requests, maintenance activities, and operational KPIs.
