Job summary

Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Business Analyst (ICT Governance) for a leading technology solutions and services provider in Doha, Qatar. You will define and oversee the ICT governance practice and drive requirements engineering for sports venues and event-related domains.

You will lead end-to-end requirements engineering, engage with business stakeholders and technical domains, and ensure traceability from objectives through delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ICT governance or enterprise ICT environments.
• Experience supporting complex, large-scale operations such as sports venues or major events.
• Experience interacting with executive and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define, establish, and continuously improve ICT governance framework, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Lead end-to-end requirements engineering with stakeholders across domains.
• Drive ICT tournament and event operations planning for readiness across ICT domains.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, service management, and vendors.
• Identify ICT risks, dependencies, and gaps; support governance assurance and post-event improvements.
