Job summary

The International School of London Qatar is seeking an experienced MYP DP Design Teacher to deliver engaging, inquiry-based design lessons in a high school setting.

You will foster creative thinking, sustainability, and responsible use of technology while aligning with IB requirements and the school's values. Strong collaboration with IB coordinators and a commitment to safeguarding are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
• Recognised teaching qualification for the role.
• Experience teaching secondary students.
• Strong knowledge of design processes and digital technologies.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver MYP Design and DP Design Technology lessons aligned with IB requirements.
• Develop engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences promoting creativity and problem-solving.
• Differentiate instruction to support diverse learners.
• Integrate design software, prototyping and digital fabrication into teaching.
• Collaborate with Head of High School and IB Coordinators to ensure curriculum coherence.
