Job summary

UCC Holding is seeking a Data Center Technical Manager in Doha to own end-to-end technical integrity from FEED through commissioning for hyperscale campuses.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across power, cooling, civil/structural, and ICT, set design standards, coordinate OEM interfaces, and manage technical risk across the delivery lifecycle with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years in mission-critical facilities or data center projects.
• Experience delivering hyperscale or large-scale colocation projects.
• Deep knowledge of data center power architecture.
• Experience with FEL/FEED-driven delivery models.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/REVIT or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and design management across power, cooling, civil/structural, and ICT disciplines.
• Own design standards, FEED documents, and cross-discipline coordination.
• Oversee HV/MV/LV power architecture, UPS, and plant interfaces with OEMs.
• Lead cooling/MEP design, aiming for hyperscale PUE targets and high-density AI campuses.
• Coordinate civil/structural, raised floors, and building services with stakeholders.
• Manage ICT, cabling, and DCIM readiness for post-handover operations.
• Ensure safety, HAZOP/HAZID planning, and quality assurance across design deliverables.
• Interface with clients, authorities, and external design teams during development.
