UCC Holding is seeking a Construction Manager to lead on-site construction activities for data center developments in Qatar. The role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality execution across civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and ICT works.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 15+ years of construction experience, including proven work in mission-critical facilities or hyperscale data centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 15+ years of construction experience.
• Proven experience in mission-critical facilities or hyperscale data centers.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction operations.
• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and ICT works.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and project progress.
• Manage subcontractors and construction resources.
• Resolve site challenges and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and handover activities.
• Ensure works are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
