Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to service VRF, PACU, AHU, FCU, split and window AC systems. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on maintenance expertise.

Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (HVAC specialization preferred) is required, with 5–7 years of hands-on experience and a track record of safety and quality in maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on HVAC maintenance experience, with exposure to corrective maintenance.
• Experience in refrigerant charging, vacuuming, nitrogen testing, and leak detection.
• Ability to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
• Experience leading maintenance teams with safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems (VRF, AHU, FCU, split and window ACs).
• Diagnose faults and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Lead maintenance teams ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Conduct refrigerant charging, vacuuming, leak testing, and nitrogen pressure tests.

Strong technical knowledge of VRF, PACU, AHU, FCU, Split AC, and Window AC systems.

Excellent troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.

Extensive experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair works.

Skilled in compressor replacement and other major HVAC component replacements.

Hands-on experience in both Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance.

Ability to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.

Experience with refrigerant charging, vacuuming, nitrogen pressure testing, and leak detection.

Capable of working independently and leading maintenance teams while maintaining safety and quality standards.
