Job summary

University of Doha for Science and Technology seeks an experienced HRIS/HR information systems specialist to maintain HR system data, support users, and document requirements. The role covers testing, reporting, and enhancements across HCM platforms, with emphasis on data integrity and system training.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor’s degree, HRIS/HCM certifications, and 3–5 years’ experience, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM/MIS/IS/Business Admin or related field required.
• HRIS/HCM certifications on platforms such as PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
• Business Analysis or process improvement certification (ECBA/CCBA/CBAP) preferred.
• Experience supporting HRIS/HCM apps and employee data management; payroll systems asset.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible HRIS/HCM or enterprise system experience.
• English fluency required; Arabic fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and complete HC system data.
• Provide first-line functional support to HC system users.
• Gather and document functional business requirements.
• Prepare process flows and system documentation.
• Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, releases, and implementations.
• Maintain user guides, SOPs, and knowledge materials.
• Coordinate with HC stakeholders and IT to resolve system-related matters.
