Job summary

Grand Hyatt Doha is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to ensure efficient HR operations in line with Hyatt standards. You will support the HR Director/Manager in planning, coordinating and implementing HR office administration, while meeting employee and guest expectations.

Ideal candidate has a university degree in HR or business and strong administrative/interpersonal skills, with prior hotel industry exposure considered a plus.

Qualifications

• University Degree/Diploma – preference given to Human Resources or business-related degrees.
• Experience of working in hotel-related operational positions would be a useful benefit.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.
• The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support by assisting the Director of Human Resources/Manager in the planning, coordination and implementation of all office administration of the Human Resources Office.
