Job summary

Grand Hyatt Doha seeks a dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to lead luxury dining operations, drive revenue and guest satisfaction, and guide diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Director of Food & Beverage in a large luxury hotel or resort.
• Experience implementing Hyatt brand standards or international luxury hotel brand practices preferred.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&B operations across all dining outlets in a luxury hotel.
