Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold a high school diploma or GED with HR-related experience (2 years).
• Or possess a 2-year degree in HR, business or related field with no formal work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in interviewing and hiring HR employees and coordinating recruitment processes.
• Maintains contact with external recruitment sources and attends job fairs.
• Supports employee benefits administration and unemployment claim activities.
• Assists with new hire orientation and cross-training to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Helps maintain effective employee communications and address concerns.
• Assists in ensuring compliance with procedures for employee files, safety, and privacy policies.

Education

High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.

2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.
