Job summary

Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha, Qatar is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead hotel sales strategies and drive revenue growth across group and catering segments. You will build and maintain client relationships, guide proposals, and negotiate contracts while collaborating with hotel operations to ensure seamless events.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of hotel sales/management experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and a proven track record in achieving targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hotel sales/management experience.
• Experience with group sales, catering operations, and event space management.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand the client base through outside sales calls, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct site tours and represent the organization at industry events.
• Identify revenue opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
• Finalize contracts for group bookings and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with guest services and hotel departments to plan events.
