Job summary

GlowUp Kuwait seeks an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations at our Al-Rayyan property in Qatar. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month with included accommodation and requires strong leadership across guest services, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in hotel management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications Word, Excel.
• Knowledge of hotel management software eg Opera is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Biometric passport or Qatari ID required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Manage hotel staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns and maintaining quality standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to achieve overall business goals.
• Maintain knowledge of local market trends and competitors to make strategic business decisions.
