Job summary

RISE Enterprise is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager in Doha, Qatar to oversee daily operations and lead a 15+ staff team. The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of Qatar health standards, and proficiency in MS Office/POS systems.

Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus. Responsibilities include ensuring service excellence, managing budgets, inventory, and supplier negotiations while maintaining high quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in Qatar (managing teams of 15+), with strong knowledge of Qatar Municipality regulations and Labor Law.
• Fluency in English with strong MS Office/POS software skills; Arabic language skills are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, opening/closing, and shift management.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise 15+ staff members.
• Drive customer service excellence by resolving guest complaints, monitoring online reviews, and building relationships with regular diners.
• Enforce compliance with Qatar Municipality health standards, HACCP, cleaning schedules, and safety inspections.
• Manage finances by controlling food and labor costs, analyzing POS sales, and driving profitability.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile stock, negotiate with suppliers, and minimize waste.
• Maintain quality control on recipes, presentation, and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate on menu development, pricing, upselling, and promotions.
• Oversee cash handling, POS systems, and financial reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and staff welfare.
