Job summary

AquaNav operates a hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. We seek a proactive Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive profitability through excellent service and efficient processes.

You will manage front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance and reservations; hire and train staff; implement policies; control budgets; monitor occupancy; develop promotions with marketing; negotiate supplier terms; and uphold health and safety standards, while leading a motivated team.

Qualifications

• Excellent English speaking skills required.
• Indian nationality preferred.
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Must have a biometric passport for international travel.
• Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

We are hiring a Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our hotel in Al-Rayyan As a Hotel Manager you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the hotel ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability This position requires strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality services

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk housekeeping food and beverage maintenance and reservations
• Hire and train staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met
• Create and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Manage budgeting and financial planning to meet revenue targets
• Monitor occupancy rates and implement strategies to increase revenue during low seasons
• Handle guest complaints in a timely manner and ensure they are resolved satisfactorily
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotions and packages to attract more customers
• Develop relationships with suppliers to negotiate competitive prices for hotel supplies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

Salary 1400$ per month negotiable based on experience
