Job summary

Avinash Hotels & Hospitality Management W.L.L. in Doha seeks a seasoned Senior Hotel Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across front office, F&B, housekeeping, guest services and facilities.

You will work with the general manager and department heads to uphold service standards, drive commercial performance, manage budgets, and mentor department heads. This role requires strong leadership, English proficiency, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading hotel operations across multiple departments.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, costs, and KPIs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day hotel operations and ensure consistent service across all guest-facing and support departments.
• Coordinate front office, reservations, housekeeping, food and beverage, guest relations, maintenance, security, transport, and concierge activities.
• Establish operating standards, service procedures, departmental objectives, and measurable performance expectations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, online reviews, service-recovery cases, complaints, and recurring operational issues.
• Ensure guest concerns are resolved promptly, professionally, and in line with the hotel’s service standards.
• Work with revenue, reservations, and sales teams to support occupancy, average daily rate, revenue per available room, and overall profitability.
• Review departmental budgets, labour costs, purchasing, inventory, wastage, and operating expenses.
• Monitor hotel KPIs, including occupancy, room readiness, guest satisfaction, service response times, payroll costs, and departmental productivity.
