The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department in Umm-Said, Qatar. The successful candidate will create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensure that all areas of the hotel are well maintained and kept clean.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in housekeeping management, excellent communication skills, and be able to effectively manage staff. A preference for Malayalees who are fluent in English is also desired.

The duties of the Housekeeping Manager include but are not limited to: overseeing all areas of housekeeping including laundry, linen services, and public areas; providing direction to staff; monitoring supplies; ensuring cleanliness standards are met; creating maintenance checklists; resolving guest inquiries and complaints; monitoring quality control of guest rooms; training staff on proper techniques and procedures; developing strategies to improve efficiency and quality of services; managing staffing levels and budgeting.
