The Ned Doha is seeking a passionate Head Waiter to lead the restaurant team in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting. You will guide service, coach staff, and ensure seamless daily operations with warmth and professionalism.

Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus. You will work in a renowned luxury hotel environment with comprehensive benefits and career progression opportunities.

The Role:

We're looking for a passionate and service-driven Head Waiter to lead by example, inspire the team, and deliver the warm, attentive hospitality our guests remember long after their visit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and support the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations while maintaining the highest service standards.
• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Guide team members through service, providing coaching and support to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Build strong product knowledge, making thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with confidence, care, and efficiency.
• Work closely with the management and culinary teams to ensure seamless service and memorable dining experiences.
• Maintain impeccable presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• A natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable dining experiences.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and restaurant operations.
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and attentive in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, team-focused mindset, and commitment to excellence.
